For puncture requests, we will bring a suitable new tyre where possible in case the tyre cannot be repaired safely. The tyre and fitting cost are extra and will be agreed with you.

Your Mobile Appointment

We attend the address agreed for your mobile booking. Please provide an accurate location and a contact number we can reach you on.
An online request is not a confirmed arrival time. Our team will confirm availability and arrangements with you.

Vehicle Access

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and can be worked on safely.
Locking wheel nut keys must be available where applicable.
If your vehicle has a security locking wheel nut and the key is missing, additional charges may apply.

Dogs & Pets

All dogs and pets must be securely contained before our technician arrives and remain secured throughout the appointment.
If an animal poses a safety risk, we reserve the right to stop or postpone the job.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
Card, bank transfer and cash are accepted.
Any applicable mobile callout, travel or same-day fee is shown separately from the work required.
We confirm the work and price with you before proceeding. Additional work or specialist parts require your agreement.

Attendance

Please ensure someone is available if access to the vehicle or keys is required.
If we are unable to carry out the work due to customer circumstances, an attendance fee may apply.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free until one hour before the appointment.
For a later mobile cancellation, any out-of-area travel fee or same-day mobile fee is retained.

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe, including:
Aggressive animals
Dangerous working environments
Unsafe vehicle lifting conditions
Abusive or threatening behaviour
